And secondly, the result to which this decision will result should be presented to the person exclusively as a success, even if this result is very modest or completely negative. So clever people accustom their children to activity, initiative, determination, purposefulness, success. So they make winners out of them. With an adult person things are more complicated, but still - if you persistently instill in him an interest in decisiveness, then eventually he will become a very determined person.

This process can take place in different people in different ways, someone is in a more adequate and more informative environment, someone in less favorable conditions for development, hence different levels of mental ability. If a person was born without any mental and physical pathologies, if he is completely healthy, this is already a successful and very smart person, more precisely a model of such a person, after all the data is loaded into his head, and this is the most important process.
