I would not say that everything that happens in our life is interpreted correctly by us, just our associations and behavior, fit into the framework of an acceptable, not dangerous for other members of society. Therefore, the pathology of thinking, has a kind of boundary, crossing for which we can find ourselves in a world of dreams, thus calming our psyche.
