I think that people should not be afraid to use sports nutrition. And more than a dozen times shows that the sports nutrition in numerous analytical materials and in television programs - a natural supplement made from conventional food. If you choose a high-quality product with no expiry date, the damage may not be from him more than from conventional food. It would seem - the question is closed? Put the bullet prevents one "but." Side effects and contraindications, there are conventional foods. Milk is contraindicated for someone, someone is allergic to fish, someone do not eat citrus fruits. So not everything is so simple and with sports nutrition.

The main problem is that a sports nutrition means a huge variety of the class of drugs. Among them, proteins as well as usual, Creatine, energy and specific substances such as creatine, taurine, glutamine, and many others. And if the proteins can easily take 95% of the athletes, the case is more complicated with specific substances. They have, and especially in the application and its own contraindications, significantly narrows the possibilities of application. And in case of failure of using the opinion of the "sports nutrition harm" applies, of course, all the additives that fall under this concept.

Virtually for every product there are people for whom it is contraindicated by the state of their health. Therefore, if after receiving protein or gainer you suddenly appeared pimples or stomach ache - it does not mean that it is to blame the drug. Perhaps you have intolerance to milk (or egg) protein, your body does not receive collagen or other substances. Here it is necessary to study the composition, try to separate drugs, lactose-free, with egg white or multi-component - which included various sources of protein. So, I think that when someone is thinking about sports nutrition, above all, he should think about his state of health.

It should be borne in mind that the protein (high carbohydrate) cocktails, amino acids and other drugs - food for the body unusual. Is that in the period of breast-feeding a person is faced with such a good source of nutrients in liquid form, the rest of the digestive system experiences a different load. Therefore, sports nutrition is largely unfamiliar to the organism a source of protein, carbohydrates, and other micro-and macro. Who has a strong digestive system - he will not even feel it. In any case, sports nutrition is also a very serious thing. And we must consider these points first.

This is a rather long question for discussion. Sport has long been known by athletes. When it was appeared, the opinions about the benefits of it were quite different, someone supported the need, someone criticized. Today, many have long appreciated the positive qualities of sports supplements and vitamins. But there are still skeptics, convinced of the opposite. Especially easy to convince of the dangers of the sport newcomers foods that do not yet have a complete picture of what it really is. Let's try to briefly answer the frequent negative opinions that occur in society.

There is a percentage of people who believe that buying sports nutrition is complex and that a chemical product. In fact, nothing of the kind to say about it. It's only natural ingredients, which are produced by modern processing. In the process of manufacture of the products extracted useful substances, and all the fat and calorie rule. Thus, the intake of sports nutrition allows the body to replenish essential vitamins and trace elements. Another false statement that sports supplements affect the digestive and excretory systems, namely overwhelmed it. I think about sports nutrition disputes will live a very long time.

In fact, sports nutrition is nothing more than as food additives, which can not completely affect the digestive system. Therefore, the athlete nutrition in any case can not consist solely of additives, only in combination with a full healthy food, as a supplement. In addition, newcomers are usually confident that sports nutrition is a completely unnecessary addition to the diet. And with integrated and competent approach to the daily food intake all the necessary material can be obtained from conventional products. Of course, vitamins and minerals found in food, but in order to get the required daily dose, sometimes you need to eat so many of those or other products, which is not the power of man.

There are a lot of questions about the dangers of sports supplements and as yet occur prejudices about their inappropriate use and side effects. To say that side effects can not be entirely impossible, they can occur at the wrong reception and illiterate approach to nutrition. And in order to avoid this, it is necessary to consult a specialist. Note that any experienced doctor and professional coach can advise sports nutrition is an amount which is necessary when you reach a certain goal. I think that the sports nutrition can help all who choose to go in for sports professionally. In other cases, it does not make much sense.

I am not a fan of sport supplements. I think there are always another ways to build up your body. Eat the right amount of protein and you will be fine. You probably know that the body builder's diet is very high in protein. Growing muscles do need quite a lot of it, but past that point any extra protein is just calories, and therefore less effective than carbs. For most people, 0.8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight (1.75 g / kg) per day should be plenty. Some good options for high-protein meals include: London broil/top round steak, salmon, chicken breast and pork tenderloin. Being vegetarian or vegan doesn't mean you can't eat like a body builder. In fact, vegan body builders are becoming more and more common. Some vegan substitutes include soy (and other legumes), seitan, quinoa, buckwheat, and mycoprotein. For breakfast, try egg yolks and oatmeal, or high-protein cereal and a protein shake. Stay away from sugary cereals.

To this day, it is broken a lot of copies as to what is sports nutrition - good or harm. Immediately it is worth noting that many of these arguments are based on myths. For example, some people for some reason think that sports nutrition - it is entirely steroids and the like shit with a lot of side effects, premature pounding man in the grave. However, this is not true. In fact, sports nutrition - it is, in fact, the concentrate should be tested strong load the body of nutrients, produced using high technology. I think many of us can get a really nice body through the use of sports nutrition. In addition, it can improve health.
