I am sure many of us heard about famous female exercises, named Kegel exercise which help women to strengthen pelvic muscles and vagina organs. But not everybody knows that there is such exercises for men too!
You just need to do it like that:
Breathe deeply while doing the exercises, remembering to clench only the PC muscle.
Squeeze and release quickly 10 times. Do 3 reps with a 10-second break between them.
Squeeze and hold for 10 seconds. Do 3 reps with a 10-second break between them.
You’ve just done one set. Repeat for a total of 3 sets for the day.
Repeat this process every day for 1 to 2 weeks and it is pretty necessary to do it every day. Be healthy!
