Nowadays there are many different variants how you can lose some weight really quikly and i think that you need just try to find the best one for you. because diet is not the best way and i think that this is really dangerous to use it without the doctor consultation and you need just think over it. i think that you need just visit gym and you need just do some physical exercises for you . with the help of it you will get the result for the some time. i think that you need just follow healthy lifestyle and you will efeel and look really great with the help of it . i want you all just use my advise and you will be happy.

I think that this is great to follow healthy lifestyle and there are many differnet people all over the world who follow it all the time and i think that you need just keep this fact in the mind and try open new adn positive ways for you to lose some weight, because this is great when youhave possibility to combine diet with the other kind of activity and i thin taht with the help of it you wll get better result wit hthe time. but still if you have not time you need just try at least something and you need just follow all the recommendations and see something positive for your body. i think that you need just try it.

Have a pleasant night today and every single day actually!!!I like to be here))) I think that it is just unhealthy way how you can lose weight at a great sacrifice for your health. The food it is the only source of vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber and amino acids, and most importantly - energy. By following a proper diet, we help our body to get all the material in the required amount for him.. People must eat, of course I don't say that all food but there are some exceptions. People need energy to live!1!

Hi there. First of all, a person who eats only vegetables is not on a diet, he is called a vegeterian. One thing cant work without another. Just doing sports wont help if you eat a lot of junk every day. Being on a diet aslo will not help you get fit and nice. Diets help to fix the chemicals compositions in our bodies, regulate the calories and lose fat. But one diet doesnt work for everyone in the same way, i hope you know that. Each of us has a different body and different type of metabolism. So it is not right to share diet-that-helped-me. Also one small correction on anorexia. It is a sickness caused by starvation and phycological issues. it has nothing to do with any diet.
