hello guys. Today I am going to discuss important theme, are you into healthy lifestyle? What do you prefer for loosing weight, diets or sport? One of my friend, is always on a diet. He eats just vegetables.. And he decrease the low of calories. It is a little bit stupid for an adult guy to be on a diet. I think that in such situations, in a fight with extra kilograms just sport will help you. I think that diets will just destroy your health. Believe me, because in teenagers time I tried it and in conclusion I was on the way to the disease as anorexia.. It was horrible. That's why I am against all these diets. And what could you say about it?

i think that everything depends on the person and on the life - style he has. all the time just trying to keep the diet you need just keep in the mind that fct that it can ruin your health if your just doing something unright and you need just thinking over it and you will be impressed with the result if you are doing something in the right way. i think that you will be happy with the time and with the positive emotions you will spend at the gym just doing some exercises and i think that you need just try to find the best way for oyu to lose some weight and i think that this is the best way to get into the shape.

I prefer to combine sport with a healthy dieting. I think it's the only right way to keep feet. I work out regularly. Actually, I do it daily before going to my office. As for diets, I hate them. I used to try several of them, but I wasn't able to keep to none of them more than several weeks. I just eat everything in a very low quantity and exercise regularly.

i think that there are many different diets you can find and use , but still you need just think about the different ways that influence your health. because first of all you need just be sure that everythign is good with the health and just after it you will get the right diet for you. i think that you need just pay attention on the all positive and negative factors of the diet and i think that you will be happy with the first result you will see after the using of it. i think that you need just pay attention on it and you will get the best way to improve your health and change all your life for the better with the help of it.

There are many differnet people who are looking in the Internnet how to lose some weight and how to get the better shape . i think that we all the time need just try to find the best variant for us, because diet is not the best way. i think that there are many peope who prefer to visit gym several times during the day and i think that yuo need just try to find way you will use and get the result. because of it you need just try to meet your doctor as soon as possible and consult with him as for the diet you want to try and i think that together you will decided it is useful or not. i think that any way you need just try .

Diets aren't about healthy lifestyle .It is very silly to count calories ,because some people think way can eat one big cheeseburger with sauce a day (800 kalories)and the rest of the day they will go just hungry .Maybe it will work for some time,because one cheeseburger has less calories than you need ,so you lose your weight .But it can cause to serious consequences,such as bulimia and others .
There is nothing bad in losing weight within reasonable limits and nothing bad in trying to make your appearance perfect ,but diets won't help you much.You need to eat healthy food 5 times a day (small portions)and drink a lot of water .And you will become slim.

I think that it is just our personal opinion what to choose diets or not, simple we can not forbid someone something and continuing to insist on the influences. Surely I understand everything, but it should be just your desire to try it. Somewhere I tried to loose weight just thanks to different diets, but not thanks to sport because I am very lazy. In conclusion of diet, I lost some extra kilos in a week but in some days I started to put weight more and more . So that's why I don't recommend to try be into diets and so on

I think that this is very important to vommunicate with the doctor and try all together to find really suitable way for you to lost some weight. because it can be really dangerouns to start doing it by yourslef. i think that there are many ways you can lost some weight and you need just looking in the Internet and you will find something really good for you. i am sure that doing some sport is really better than try to lose some weight with the help of the differnet diets and try to look better with the help of it. i think that you need just consult with the specialists and you will understand the difference.
