usefull topic for discuss. No matter what sport you're goal is to put (muscle, weight loss, etc.), you will in any case need to develop a proper diet chart (visual diagram can be found in the article "Diet Plan"). For an effective workout (even extended) food acts as a fuel and the recovery process and you can not ignore this fact.

The main advantages of a healthy diet
Some of the following advantages may seem surprising. But it's true.

Strengthening bones (due to calcium foods)
Strengthening the immune system (due to the presence of vitamins)

I think we all know that men have different daily nutritional requirements to women. There are some simple rules to follow like getting your five-a-day, including three servings of whole-grains and choosing more fish, poultry and less red meat while opting for low-fat dairy foods. But that's not the whole story. You can learn few easy tips:Guideline Daily Amounts (GDAs),Perfect Portions,Breakfast,Mid-morning snack -Eating well in the morning is vital for balancing energy levels.,Make lunch a mix of lean protein and starchy carbs.Mid-afternoon-For many it's not sugar so much as salty, savoury foods they crave in the afternoon.Dinner-Don't curfew carbs, they're low in fat, fibre-rich and help you relax in the evening. Combine them with healthy essential fats which your body can use overnight for growth and repair. Just a few rules and you will feel great.

I all the time keep a diet. And I know a lot about healthy lifestyle and different diets) All the calories in your diet come from one of four sources: carbohydrate, fat, protein and alcohol. Alcohol doesn't figure into any calculations of the best nutrient ratios for weight loss. Experts continue to debate the optimal ratio of the three main nutrient sources for weight loss. Traditional diets ask you to eat about two-thirds carbs with limited fat and protein, and low-carb diets allow higher proportions of fat and protein with fewer carbs. What's more important than the precise ratio of macronutrients is burning more calories than you eat.

I have a lot information about it. The full and timely nutrition contributes to the stable operation of the entire body, correct the flow of all metabolic processes and assimilation of all elements and minerals. And it is none other than as a guarantee of good health and immunity. Proper nutrition will never compete with all kinds of preservatives, food additives, or semi-finished goods. Ready-made food or fast food effectively solve the problem of quench hunger, but absolutely not able to fill the body with useful substances. So all fans of fast food should realize that they cause irreparable harm to their bodies.

I know that most animal products provide the body, especially protein, calcium and fats, necessary for normal functioning of cells. The daily diet should include 2-3 dishes containing a product of this group. It should be noted that the correct veggie food does not include products of animal origin, richer in fat than their vegetable counterparts, so in order to replace them, vegetarians need to eat an extra serving of nuts or beans. The tip of the "iceberg" proper diet are vegetable oils, lotions, drinks, sweets, desserts, butter and margarine. All this will bring the things that you need for you.

It has long been known that a diet should be selected, taking into account individual characteristics of the organism, habits, taste preferences and other nuances. Otherwise, with the excess weight you risk losing health. These are not empty threats! Many victims of starvation or excessive loads of sports for a long time became patients medical clinics ... Any tips on losing weight, even the most common and seemingly indisputable, require individual tolerance test. For example, someone to save the fitness level in no case can not eat after 18 hours; and the other, on the contrary, going to bed on an empty stomach, the next day will not be able to give up a double dose of sweet than nullifies all efforts of health ...

Experts note that a balanced diet, focusing on any one kind of food can lead to unpleasant consequences for the organism. People suffering from chronic diseases should take this theory with caution. As with any diet, feeding on blood groups has its own error, and practice it is worth taking into account their personal characteristics. For example, some people with the 3rd blood group recommends the consumption of dairy products, may be lactose intolerant. In such cases, cottage cheese and milk will bring more harm than good. Some experts believe that the research evidence is insufficient to confirm the theory completely. But in any case, a proper diet and a healthy diet will improve our health and regulate weight.
