yes it is definitely true that if you want to be healthy and fit you do not only have to go in for sports. moreover the most important is your ration and nutrition. 70% of your success depend on it. i want to say that i am really a healthy eater. i have get rid of all that unhealthy products in my fridge, although they are very very delicious. you have to get rid of sweets, and fatty food, because all your unneeded kilos are because of them. you can eat lots of fruit and vegetables and you definitely have to drink lots of water.
