Who you wanted to be?)

Postby JayCee » Sat Jun 11, 2016 6:57 pm

When you was a little kid and somebody asked you that question, what was your answer? ;) 8-) I bet that many of you here will say something like I wanted to be an astronaut or something like that,am I right? :) ;) Some might say they wanted to be firemen or policemen-but I'm sure some of you wanted to be something like a fashion designer and stuff like that. :D ;) 8-) Yeah,as for me,I've had two ways to go when I'd grow up-to be an astronaut (nothing original, really) :) and to be an archaeologist. :) Neither of the ways was used by me. 8-) :) ;)

Well, you know that in this one we are going the similar way again, cause when I was a little kid,I 've always wanted to be an archaeologist and all that, you know what I'm saying? 8-) :) ;) There was just nothing better for me to do then to try to dig some where and get something real interesting sometimes out of the ground and all that, and to do that all you had to do really is to go some place where it was something old enough like the old manufactury in our town or near some old houses and all that, you know? 8-) ;) Damned, those were the good times back then... 8-) ;)

As for me, I wanted to be an economist. I liked to read books of economics, research articles and analyze them. Nowadays this profession has become one of the most useful, modern and interesting. Also, I wanted to study economics as I’m very interested in current economic processes both in our country and in other countries. It’s not a secret that our country is now through a difficult periods of times (generally all of them in the world, due to economic crisis). That’s why it’s very important for our country to have efficient economists to raise our economy at a high level.

“What should I choose as my future profession?” – this is a question that every young person asks himself entering the adult world. Of course, it’s not an easy thing to choose a profession out of more than 2,000 existing in the world. It’s especially difficult if you like doing different things, if you have different hobbies and interests. Almost half of a person’s life passes at work. So it’s extremely important to make the right choice of a profession. Psychologists believe that the choice of a future profession must be in accordance with the individual’s talents and abilities. In order to make the right choice you have to analyze your interests and abilities and try to understand what you’d like to achieve in your life. I wanted to become an artist, but I didn't)))))

I wanted to be a baseball player, then a stock broker (after I saw the movie Wall Street), then a lawyer, then an actor, and now an accountant. I think most kids will change career goals at least several times because it's easy to be into something when you're younger. My goals changed because I have a lot more criterion now. My order of importance is finding a job: a) I enjoy, b) earns enough money for me not to have to worry about finances too much, and c) something I know I can excel at. So as you can see i had lots of variants)

If to speak about my childish dreams, then I wqanted to be a prince)))))) But if to speak about goba probem of al the people, who can not be whom they want to be, then I'l give severa advice: Stop blaming other people for your problems. Decide who you are. Although you have been in character for so long you might think that is who you are stuck being, but consider that, you have been trained to be a certain way from birth by your parents and your peers. You don't have to take responsibility for other people’s expectations anymore. You are capable of so much more then the limited beliefs that have been placed on you. That includes your own beliefs as well. That is the first and the main thing)))

i think that i was as any other child and wanted to be rich and famous. i still want to be rich but not famous. i do not remember it very good but i remember my mother told me that i wanted to be a footballer and it is not surprising really, i liked football very much and for me it was more than a game, now it is just a hobby and i do not have enough time for it but still when i have free time i can spend a lot of time playing it. i remember that i also wanted to be a businessman. it is funny.
