Fear is no less important emotion that affects your feelings to someone you know, because it is able to improve them, or vice versa, turn the relationship upside down. Much of the reason for that - within the boundaries of your personality. They were created by you. As a result, the second use of the fear is that it helps to get rid of these limits. Before making the last, admit that something is fear, accept this condition. Fear is like a room where no light a single light bulb. Your acceptance acts as a lit candle, helps to see what is hidden in darkness. Psychologic serious about this issue.

Also, fear is a sure help in the mobilization of human power in the event of a critical, dangerous situations. In addition, thanks to him, you better remember unpleasant events, and for the second time did not climb into the socket with wet hands. If in his favor, you can add more and the fact that during the the fear of you have sharpened all the senses, and it allows you to anticipate danger, the list of its dangers should include: the occurrence of phobias, unresolved fear of a negative impact on human health, fear can paralyze personality. We must consider all this before considering the positive side.

You agree that each of us experiences this paralyzing sense in many situations. We are afraid to get acquainted with the liked man, afraid to say something or to do, afraid to speak in front of an audience, we are afraid to say "no", are afraid to leave the unloved work, afraid to openly express our feelings, afraid to offend someone, fear of change, death, old age , illness, liability, poverty .... We have innumerable fears. And work with fears it is one of the most popular in the practice of any consultant, psychotherapist, psychologist. I think the fear is completely normal and natural phenomenon which is characteristic for each of us from birth.

The fear is one of the most effective means to carry out actions. He has great power, and opens to us the ability, the existence of which we do not even suspect. Almost every one of us in a critical situation is able to intensify the strength with which the path to the goal, you can simply sweep away all the obstacles, not even noticing them. Therefore, if we are looking for ways how to achieve success in life, and are willing to get out of the boring inertia of area, but it does not reshimsya need to consciously look for motivation to fear. The purpose of such motivations - to cause fear and inactivity cause a person to do things not typical for him.

The emotion of fear is not a bad thing. Since all of our planet has its own special purpose. And if we can understand the purpose of your fear, you will be able to use it for the benefit and not allow fear to destroy us. Fear does not have to be destructive. And if we can learn to respect it and change the direction of a certain fear of the high end, it will be profitable. Just imagine: if you do not feel any fear, it means that your life is very safe and you do not live at full strength, avoid all kinds of tests. Such a life can be called one word: silly life. The fear teaches us to respect the laws of nature.

Personally, I look upon fear as a positive emotion. I know that uncontrolled this emotion can breed many negative results. But when controlled, this emotion can spur you into action like no other I know of. And I think that this is truly the reason for fear. Think of it as your best friend, preparing you for progress. Make friends with the unknown. We should acknowledge the fear we are experiencing. Allow that it is a positive thing within us that warns us of some impending danger or harm. And then, analyze it to see if it is real or imagined, justified or not. When we recognize it's positive intent, it is no longer something to immobilize us, but quite the reverse, we can jump into action to remedy 'why' we are fearful.

we tend to believe that it is good to never be afraid. That is why many of us do not even admit that sometimes it is terrible, and it gives a chance to manage your fears life. If this is real fear arising, for example, during an accident or when dealing with dangerous animals, it helps us, strengthening the physical protection, resulting in a corresponding state of emotional and mental realm that can withstand danger. Regardless of whether you decide to run away, or come face to face with the cause of your fear, you need this extra energy, which is generated by the physical body through excess adrenaline.

You know fear, as well as pain is a watchdog body which protects it from the harmful effects from the outside, from the dangers of risky behavior and thereby helping to preserve the health and well-being. Let us also the benefits which the body was originally learned from the reaction of fear, and see in what cases the fear is useful to man, and in what brings him harm. First of all, the fear of life saves us, stopping in front of a dangerous situation. We do not swim far out to sea, not Sui fingers in the socket, and age do not walk through dark alleys alone.

Of course it has-it helps you keep yourself alive,if you want,in some critical situations-you know, when something like that occurs, that you really better be scared and all that, cause if you won't it might end really bad for your ass,and it would be stupid overall not to be afraid. 8-) ;) :) And I'm not talking about being afraid to the stage of shaking and rolling and all that-no,not a bitch type of fear, you know what I'm saying? ;) :D You have to be the man until the very end of it all-but you have to be the reasonable man,and in order to be that way, sometimes it's better to be scared in certain situations. 8-) ;)
