Yes you are right sport really exists in my life and I can not get rid of it. I understand that it has so many positive influences on our health for example sport requires from a person quickness of reaction and endurance, strength, quick feet. Sport makes one more energetic and gives that recreation and change that is so necessary to keep us fit. Apart from it you become stronger and better while you are training or spending your time in the gym or stadium. It even helped me to lose more than six kilograms and it is quite perfect.

I have been sportive since my childhood. My parents always encoureges me to joine different sport clubs. So i was a basketball player, gymnast, tennis player but most of all i like football. It helps me develop inner strenth, to work in a team and to be a member of something great. I can't forget all the matches we won

Hello Timmy, well done! Keep it going! I also like sports and i work out every day. This is like a hobby for me. I like staying fit and healthy, it helps me to feel good and confident. I feel comfortable in my body so i try hard to keep it nice. Along with working out i am also very serious about my diet, i eat very healthy. Ah, well, except for friday nights you know.

People all over the world are fond of sports and games. As sports makes people healthy, keeps them fit, more organized and better disciplined. Many people do sports on their personal initiative. They go in for skiing, skating, table tennis, swimming, football, volleyball. As for me, I go in for table tennis. It needs liveliness and much energy. It keeps a person in a good form. Also, every morning I jog round the park near my home. I'm fond of swimming and riding a bike from time to time, when it's possible. So, if you want to be healthy, you need do physical activities in the mornings even 3 times a week.
