Hi Sam! Congratulations to your friends on such a decision. Happy for them. I think the first step would be a visit to the authorities to find out wether they are actualy able to adopt children. Then if the answer is positive (hope so) the next move would be contacting children's homes. There a head director would definately guide you and give you, i mean your friends, full information on what exactly needs to be done. The process isnt easy but is worth dealing with. That is for sure. I wish your friends best of luck and i hope they manage this.

Personalization is one of the manifestations of irrational thinking, or rather, the errors of such thinking, when a person everywhere sees everything in everything, considers himself a participant of all events without exception, and in general thinks that everything is concentrated on him, the whole world revolves around him. However, in personalization, I observe two opposite effects of its manifestation, on the one hand, a person may experience discomfort from such a delusion in his address, and on the other, this is not such a bad delusion.

There is nothing more important in the life of your mental faculties, in which you first of all need to invest your forces, time, money, this is the most profitable investment that can be. All that you have now, all this can be lost by you, no matter what the reasons for it, you can take away everything that you have in a material sense, or if it is people, they can leave or betray you. But your mind, your head, it is much more difficult to take from you, of course, and this can happen, but this is already the will of chance.

And sometimes you can work with this yourself, without resorting to the help of a specialist. Although it is obvious that an expert will cope with this problem much faster and better than the additive itself.I, friends, believe that any pronounced dependence is bad. It is necessary to get rid of it so as not to limit its perception of the world and not to drive its consciousness into a virtual prison, thus turning its life into a gloomy existence, as is the case with those who are in an addictive state for a long time and slowly fade away. You can not ignore and launch this problem, otherwise it will only become more difficult in time and the person will get stuck in it for the rest of your life.

Adoption of a child is an important matter, It requires a lot of responsibility. You finally become a father. I want to tell one story. My friends adopted a baby a year ago and do not regret anything. First, they were told that this is an extremely important step and takes a lot of time to get it done. But as for me, it was all very quick. They often came to orphanages and once liked the little boy. So here they are a happy year with a little baby. I wish you more confidence and also think about this issue. Good luck!

Probably not. In any case, most people this desire is lost, after such negative consequences. Mistakes, failures, pain, suffering, ridicule and criticism from other people - we all do not need it.
We try to protect ourselves from all this "good". We do not want to be bad, so we avoid everything that pains us and worsen our lives. And if these things are connected with determination, if our determination will lead us to pain, we naturally prefer to give it up.

I never had such experience but my ex-partner did it not so long ago. We're friends , so he told me. In general, it was exciting experience. He is adopted himself, so ,this situation means a lot for him. He was born in late 80's, so attitude towards one weak gay child was absolutely different ( negatively) comparing with nowadays. Now he is full of emotions , fullfiled with love & ready to give it adopted girl. Her name is Susan , she is 4 years old, she's very kind and sweet. Speaking about details of legal operation of adoption, I think there's nothing much to say, because everything went good.

In one problem - the very formulation of tasks is incorrect, plus, the order of accomplishing these tasks is also erroneous. Of course, not only the negative result to which we come, but also the process of thinking itself, which is not clear to us, has a significant effect on our psyche, because if we act according to instructions, we do not understand the meaning of what we are doing, and so many people do it. The essence of the work of the human brain is to calculate, it is essentially the same computer, only more perfect.
